IFEMA Madrid

La Institución Ferial de Madrid IFEMA is under the management of the  Madrid Community, the Council, Caja Madrid and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
In an exhibition space of 200,000 square meters approximately distributed in 12 covered areas. IFEMA holds every year nearly one hundred big fairs, exhibitions and events with more than four million and a half visitors every year according to the statistics collected by the Council,  of which over a million and a half are professionals specialized in different sectors.
After the Exhibition Centres in Dusseldorf and Frankfurt, IFEMA Madrid is ranked as one of the five most important fairs in Europe.
Some of the most important events organized by IFEMA are the Madrid International Fashion Exhibition SIMM, FITUR, ARCO or the Pasarela Cibeles, which attracts both national and international visitors.Tras la Feria de Dusseldorf y de Frankfurt, IFEMA Madrid está catalogada como uno de las cinco instituciones feriales más importantes de toda Europa.

Algunos de los eventios más importantes que se organizan en IFEMA son el Salón Internacional de la Moda de Madrid, FITUR, ARCO o la Pasarela Cibeles, que concitan la atención no sólo nacional sino también internacional.

Aunque la actividad cesa durante los meses de julio y agosto, en septiembre vuelve con una apretada agenda de actos. Del 1 al 3 de septiembre de 2011 se llevará a cabo el Salón Internacional de la Moda de Madrid (SIMM). Los días 6 y 7 tendrá lugar la Feria Internacional del Regalo Promocional y Publicitario (Expo Reclam XMas).

Posteriormente, del 11 al 13 de septiembre, albergará la ya tradicional Feria Internacional de Calzado y Artículos de Piel (Modacalzado+Iberbiel).

Although activity ceases during the months of July and August, it picks up again in September with a busy schedule of events. During the 1 to 3 September 2011 Madrid International Fashion Exhibition (SIMM) will take place in IFEMA. The International Exhibition of Advertising and Promotional Gifts (Expo Reclam XMas) will take place on 6 and 7 September, and from 11 to 13 September IFEMA will host the traditional International Fair of Footwear and Leather Goods (Modacalzado + Iberbiel).
